All I can say is WOW!! We serve an awesome God who walks the paths before us before we even put our shoes on.. Lord, we give you all the glory and thank you for your wonderful works that only YOU performed today..
Around 3 today we met with Dr. Mawn after Cade's surgery.. The first things she said to us were "it couldn't have gone any better, it was awesome!!" She not only removed the entire lesion, but as she resected the last piece of the lesion, Cade's eye went back into alignment..WHAT? For those of you who don't know, this mass had pushed Cade's eye out toward the right side, hence why he had the surgery. We were told(man's reasoning) that he would have to have another surgery to correct that, but what happened is that God said, let's just do it now! (that is so God isn't it?)
So not only was the lesion extracted, but a miracle was performed today at VCH!!
How true is it, that when scripture says, "where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them." We have had many people through "blog land", through facebook, through emails, and through phone calls today, say they were lifting up Cade in prayer. Such a testimony to God's faithfulness and the body of Christ.
Thank you for your constant prayers and thank you Jesus for strengthening our faith in the good times and the bad!
Cade does have a small scratch on his eye from the surgery and it is very painful..So please pray for comfort for him in the days to come..

Praise Him from whom ALL BLESSINGS FLOW! We serve a God who continues to show Himself faithful! Praying for a restful night for all of you.
I've been thinking about you all throughout the day and praying too. Isn't it so awesome when God does "a little something extra" for you? I love moments when it seems He's saying, "Sure, I can do that...no problem." I hope you all get much needed rest and that little Cade recovers more quickly than planned. I'll pray that God takes care of that irritating scratch on his little eye. Hey, He already moved his eye, right?! Good night.
